NATCON was founded in 2007 to provide top-tier security consulting and investigative services to discriminating corporate, government and private clients.  NATCON’s founder and president completed a rewarding career in the FBI that included assignments to the Los Angeles field office Major Case Squad, interagency Organized Crime and Drug Task Force operations, and senior management positions in the Violent Crime and Major Offenders Section at FBI headquarters in Washington, DC.  His state and federal law enforcement career involved a wide variety of complex investigations involving kidnappings, extortion, aviation crimes, cargo theft, art and jewelry theft, international drug trafficking, sensitive internal inquiries, and other investigations within the FBI’s organized crime and violent crime programs.  As both a field and headquarters supervisor in the FBI's Criminal Investigative Division, his leadership responsibilities included national and international program management of the major theft, transportation crime and special jurisdiction programs, directing interagency task force operations, and developing strategic case initiatives and effective program policies.  All of which required effective partnerships and teamwork with both government agencies and the private sector that was based on mutual trust and respect.
